Work on Paper

These small paintings are all oil/cold wax on Arches Huile paper. There is something and an analogy for life in working with oil & cold wax. The adding and subtracting of layers that happen in the process of refining a work are akin to the decisions we make throughout our lives as we refine ourselves.
